Located a 4 minute drive from Butler Plaza which includes Target, Publix, PetsMart, Ross, Trader Joe's, and more!! In addition, it is a 9 minute drive from Oaks Mall. Lastly a 5 minute drive to UF campus. Adjacent to Forest Park which includes several soccer fields, basketball courts, sand volley ball, and a dog park!
The neighborhood has low HOA fees compared to most neighborhoods in this area. In addition, we have a pool which is maintained regularly throughout the year. The units don't last long once on sale either. The average listing seems to last around 20 days, if that...So if you decided to buy a unit, you will not be disappointed.
Did I mention the Fire Station is a mere 30 seconds away?!?! The noise is hardly noticeable. Our units must be well insulated. I almost never hear the sirens. In addition, that makes for a great insurance and security system rates.
Our neighborhood has a wonderful mix of wonderful individuals. Come check us out the next time you think about a townhome.
